Bianca brings nearly a decade of experience in operations, program management, and administrative coordination to her role at NoOneElse Law. Before joining the firm, she spent several years with the American Red Cross in a variety of increasingly complex roles: managing disaster response logistics, maintaining data and reporting systems, and ultimately leading cross-functional teams as a Product Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida and is a Certified Product Manager through AIPMM.

Bianca is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to keep complex, fast-moving work on track. She is passionate about mission-driven work and brings both structure and heart to everything she does.
